Easy Read/FALC

Easy Read uses simple words, short sentences and a clear layout to make information easier to understand.

We transform complex documents into Easy Read in English and FALC (Facile à lire et à comprendre) in French, with custom icons to match your branding, so that more people can access information, take part, and make their own choices.

This is especially helpful for people with learning disabilities, people who find reading difficult, and people who are not native speakers.

We believe Easy Read is just one part of creating truly inclusive experiences. Through our ‘Inclusive Visitor Experience Design’ approach, we help museums and organisations create experiences that are inclusive, accessible and equitable, ensuring every visitor can understand, navigate and enjoy what they have to offer.

We've developed a unique system called, “OKbyMe”, where people with learning disabilities review and provide feedback on content to ensure it is clear, accessible, and truly fit for purpose.
